Works / Hotel Caeli
/ The place
Caeli is a hotel, a working vineyard, a sculpture collection and a serious kitchen on the same piece of land in Trakya. A guest arrives for one of those four and usually leaves talking about a different one.
Which makes the picture library the real problem. The landscape wants a drone and daylight. The rooms want late afternoon. The sculptures want a low sun. The plates want a table and a lens that gets close. One visit, four completely different jobs.

/ Inside
Nothing was staged that a guest could not walk into ten minutes later.
Rooms shot with the balcony doors open so the vineyard is in the frame rather than described in the caption. The spa lit by its own ceiling. The barrel hall photographed from the gallery, because the shape of that room is the thing worth showing and you can only see it from above.

/ The table
The kitchen works from the property's own garden and farm, which is a claim every hotel makes and almost none can photograph. So the food was shot the way the kitchen actually plates it, close, with the sauce still moving.
Two registers run through the set. White plate on white cloth for the dishes that need to be read, and near black for the ones that need to be felt. Nothing is propped with anything that was not on the pass.

/ The inventory
The printed inventory was rebuilt around the same photography: prestige catalogue, the harvest experience programme, room cards, the olive oil and welcome notes that sit in the room before a guest has spoken to anyone.
One burgundy, one bone, one gold rule, and the mark placed identically on every piece. The pieces were designed to be seen next to each other, because in a room they always are.

/ The sound
A hotel with this much land has a lobby, a restaurant, a spa corridor and a film loop, and all four were borrowing music from somewhere else. So we wrote the brand one piece of its own.
Slow, string led, no vocal, built to sit under a room without asking for attention and to survive being cut down to fifteen seconds for a social post. Here is the short version.

/ Social media
Four years running the account. The property gives you a different subject every week, so the discipline was in the order rather than the content: the land, the room, the plate, the sky, and back to the land.
Seasonal campaigns, event announcements and destination led posts sit on top of that rhythm, all of it drawn from the library we shot rather than from stock.
/ The outcome
Photography, printed inventory, social media and music produced by Pine-up.
